• Build and govern Valont’s atomic design system in Figma.
• Design beautiful, accessible UI for web + mobile products.
• Create brand assets, decks and collateral that make us look as premium as we are.
• Partner with Growth to A/B test landing pages, email templates and funnels.
• Plug AI tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, GPT‑4o) into workflows to 2–3× output.

• T‑3 months: Design system v1 live; adopted by Product & Growth squads.
• T‑6 months: 40 % reduction in design‑to‑dev handoff time; first AI‑automated asset pipeline running.
